This page is a plain-language summary, not the definitive license agreement. The full End User License Agreement is included with every download and every purchase.

Licensing model

Every edition is licensed by capability, not server count — unlimited monitored servers on every tier, including Personal (free, non-commercial) and Lite (paid, commercial). Paid editions are perpetual: the software keeps working even if maintenance lapses, though you stop receiving updates until it's renewed.

Consultant edition

A Consultant license currently covers one installation (one client site). Deploying the same license key at multiple client sites isn't covered — buy one license per install until multi-tenant licensing ships.

Third-party scripts

DBA Deployment fetches and runs third-party maintenance scripts (e.g. sp_WhoIsActive, Ola Hallengren's maintenance solution, Brent Ozar's First Responder Kit) from their original authors. SQL Performance Partners bundles and automates running them; it does not author or warrant their behavior.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required — request it directly from the receipt Stripe emails you at checkout.
