SPP Command Deck is self-hosted: it runs entirely on your own infrastructure, and SQL Performance Partnersnever operates or has access to a running instance.

The application

The app itself makes zero outbound telemetry calls by design — nothing about your monitored estate, usage patterns, or license status is ever sent off-box. The one narrow exception is an optional, explicitly-toggled update-availability check, which sends no identifying information.

This website

This site is a static marketing site. Downloading the free edition requires no account, email address, or personal information. Purchasing a paid edition is handled entirely by Stripe's checkout — SQL Performance Partners receives what Stripe provides for order fulfillment (name, email, purchased edition) and nothing beyond that.
